Created in 1949 by Álvaro Justino Matias, the Dr. Bayard are inspired by a French therapeutic formula and are, until today, synonymous with tradition and quality, maintaining the original recipe that perpetuates the memory from generation to generation.
Today, the sugar factory produces four tons of sweets a day, keeping the secret of the compost recipe, the glucose and the factory composed in a tea made from medicinal plants, so delicious.
