Ingredients

• 3 boneless skinless chicken breast, diced.

• 2 cup sliced white mushrooms.

• 1 medium onion, diced.

• 3 garlic cloves, minced.

• 1/3 cup tomato sauce

• 2 tbsp ketchup.

• 2 tbsp dijon mustard.

• 1/4 cup quinta do vale white wine (or chicken stock).

• 3/4 cup heavy cream (or sour cream).

• salt To Taste.

• pepper To Taste.

• 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg.

• 1/2 tsp paprika.

• 1 tbsp oil.
Directions
Heat oil in pan and brown chicken until no longer pink.
Add diced onions and garlic, cook until onion translucent.
Add mushroom until just soft, add salt, pepper, paprika and nutmeg.
Add white wine, then ketchup, mustard, tomato sauce.
Add heavy cream and stir to combine.
Allow to simmer for 10 min for the flavors to combine.
Serve with steamed rice or noodles.
