Ingredients
• 2lb Small Shrimp.
• ¼ Fresh pineapple.

• 200 g sliced bacon.

• 6.75floz Triunfo olive oil.

• 100 g Butter.
-
• 32 oz Earthbound Farms Organic Spring Mix.

• ½ lemon juice.
-
• 100 g mustard.
Directions
Start by Sautéing shrimp in butter for 3 minutes. Let cool.
Peel the pineapple, cut it into triangles and grill them.
Cut the bacon into thin strips and fry it in preheated olive oil
Drain on paper towel to remove excess fat.
For the vinaigrette, mix the ingredients in a blender.
Drizzle the salad with the vinaigrette, to taste.
