Middle Eastern Baked Kibbeh

“Kibbeh is a wonderful dish from the Middle East traditionally made with beef. I prefer it made into patties and fried in olive oil. However, it is most often found in restaurants in baked form. Serve kibbeh with tahini, a sesame seed paste. This baked kibbeh recipe, as well as the fried kibbeh (croquettes), bring back precious memories from a city in Brazil, Recife. It’s pure comfort in a pan!”
