Monkfish Rice (Fisherman Style)
“Arroz de Tamboril or Monkfish Rice is a typical meal in coastal towns throughout Portugal. For an authentic experience, serve the rice malandro style, meaning wet. The monkfish in this dish can be substituted for any white fish that is fresh at Seabra Foods. A delicious recipe and simple to prepare, monkfish wrapped in rice confectioned in a sautéed of olive oil, tomato and onion, seasoned with salt and pepper, sprinkled with chopped coriander.”
Bon appetit!!
