Ingredients
Directions
Season the tenderloin with the chopped garlic cloves, sweet pepper paste, bay leaf, salt, pepper and white wine. Mix everything very well and marinate for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes, drain the meat liquid, wrap with bacon slices, place pork loin in an oven safe plate. Sprinkle it with the olive oil and roast in a preheated to 180ºc oven, for about 40 minutes.
Peel the sweet potatoes, cut them into cubes, season with olive oil, salt and pepper and bake for 30 minutes.
When the potatoes are golden brown and the pork well roasted, remove everything from the oven and serve, slicing the loin.
