Ingredients
• 3.5lb of beef Oxtail cut at the joints and cleaned.

• 5 garlic cloves, sliced.

• 2 Brazilian finger peppers (Dedo De Moça) cut roughly; seeds removed.
• 1/4 cup soy sauce.

• Roughly chopped sage to taste.
• 700ml of Portuguese Beer.

• 1 onion; finely chopped.
-
• 1 tablespoon of salt.
-
• 1 Teaspoon of Triunfo olive oil.
-
• 4 chopped tomatoes.
• 1 1/2 cup roughly grated yuca.
-
• 2 cups boiling water.
• Salt to taste.
Directions
In a plastic Freezer bag place the beef oxtail, the sliced garlic cloves,coarsely chopped Brazilian finger peppers, the soy sauce, sage, the beer,chopped onion and 1 tablespoon salt. Close the bag, mixing everything welland marinade in the refrigerator for 12 hours.
After 12 hours, remove the oxtail from the bag and place into another bag. (reserve the marinade in another bag sparely).
On high heat, place a heavy cast-iron pan, add the olive oil, let it warm,add the oxtail and brown well on all sides. Add the chopped tomatoes,grated cassava, marinade broth (from the bag), 2 cups of boiling water, salt to taste.
Cover the pan with aluminum foil, then cover with the lid and bake in the preheated oven at 200 ° C for 3 hours and 30 min. Remove from the oven and serve with grated and fried yuca.
