Ingredients

• 4.4 Lb Of Triunfo Broad Beans (Fava Beans).
• 2.2 Lb Of Pork Spare Ribs In Pieces.

• 1 Corte’s Chouriço Sausage.
• 1 Corte’s Farinheira Sausage.

• 1 Corte’s Morcela Sausage.

• 2 Onions.
-
• 4 Garlic Cloves.
• 6.76 Floz Quinta Do Vale White Wine.

• 4 Tablespoons Of Tomato Paste.
• 2 Tablespoons Lard.

• 1 Tablespoon Of Triunfo Olive Oil.

• 1 Teaspoon Of Pepper Paste.

• 2 Bay Leaves.

• Salt To Taste.

• Pepper To Taste.

• 1 Teixeiras Multi Grain Saloio Loaf.
Directions
Season the spare ribs with the pepper paste, salt and pepper. Reserve.
In a heavy bottomed pan, braise lard, olive oil, onions, chopped garlic and bay leaves. add the sliced morcela and chouriço sausages and cooka little more.
Add the spare ribs and let them fry until golden. Add the tomato paste and the white wine, stir well and bring to the boil.
Add fava beans and then add boiling water to cover them. Place coveron pan and cook on a high heat for 15 minutes. Finally, add the farinheira sausage and let it cook for another 30 minutes, on medium heat.Adjust the seasoning and add more water if necessary. Serve immediately.
