Portuguese Roast Lamb (Cabrito Assado No Forno)

This is a delicious recipe for Portuguese Roast Lamb. Lamb is absolutely one of my favorite things to eat and this recipe is perfect for cooking some up. It is a delicious and popular Portuguese way of cooking the lamb utilizing all the delicious components of Portuguese cuisine like Olive Oil, margarine, and Garlic to make a tasty and awesome dish. It is quite easy to make and the ingredients are very easy to find so go ahead and try it out!

    You got your meat translation wrong. Lamb = Borego and Goat = Cabrito. These are not all the same.
